Gold Coast Kitchen was born from a simple belief: that Ghanaian food deserves a world-class stage. Founded in 2016 by chef Kofi Asante, our kitchen blends the warmth of traditional home cooking with the refinement of modern cuisine.
Every dish on our menu carries the DNA of Accra's streets — the smoky firewood jollof, the fresh-caught tilapia from Tema harbour, the hand-pounded fufu made daily at dawn. We cook what we grew up eating, the way our grandmothers taught us.
